It began with
her own pain.
Generosa Dingal didn't set out to open a spa. She set out to stop hurting. What she discovered along the way became a method she has since shared with thousands of clients — and a business built entirely on the belief that real care is personal.
The Origin
Years of pain.
A decision to find another way.
Generosa knows what it feels like to wake up every morning and immediately start negotiating with your own body.
To plan your day around what you can and cannot do. To feel dismissed by answers that amount to "manage it." She refused to accept that as the end of the story.
Rather than manage her pain, she studied it. She immersed herself in therapeutic bodywork, Eastern pressure point systems, Western anatomy and movement science, and the study of how the body responds to touch, movement, and rest.
After finding real relief through this self-developed approach, she realized something powerful: what she had discovered was not available anywhere else. So she built it — one session, one person, one transformation at a time.

A search for answers
Generosa experiences chronic pain that conventional approaches fail to resolve. She begins an independent study of bodywork, pressure point therapy, and natural wellness methods — driven not by ambition, but by necessity.
The Discovery
Restoring herself — then others
After easing her own discomfort through her self-developed approach, she begins helping others — one person at a time, by referral only. Results speak louder than any advertisement ever could.
2011 — Gen Spa Opens
A place built for real care
Gen Spa is formally established in South Florida. The first location serves clients seeking relief that standard massage therapy never delivered — people who had tried everything and had almost given up.
The Method Is Named
The Gen Method is born
After years of refinement across thousands of client sessions, Generosa codifies her signature technique. The Gen Method — a proprietary blend of Eastern pressure point therapy and Western therapeutic bodywork — becomes the foundation of every treatment at Gen Spa.
Today
Two locations. One standard of care.
