Contact Gen Spa

The easiest way is to book online through our Square booking system — just click any "Book Appointment" button on this page to choose your preferred location and service. You can also call or text us at 561-674-5215 and we'll be happy to schedule you directly.

Gen Spa is an appointment-only practice, so that every client receives the full attention and preparation their session deserves. We are not able to accept walk-ins. Please call or text 561-674-5215, or book online, to reserve your preferred time.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For most massage treatments, you will be appropriately draped throughout your session. We provide all necessary linens and coverings. We recommend avoiding heavy perfume or cologne as some clients may have sensitivities.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, especially for your first visit. This gives you time to complete any intake paperwork, discuss your concerns with your therapist, and begin to relax before your session starts. Arriving early ensures you receive the full benefit of your scheduled treatment time.

Yes — life happens! We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer your time slot to another client. You can reschedule directly through the Square booking system confirmation email or by calling us at 561-674-5215.

The best service depends on your goals and preferences. For chronic pain and muscle tension, many clients choose Deep Tissue Massage or The Gen Method Massage. For post-surgical recovery, Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage is a common choice once your surgeon has cleared you for massage. For jaw tension and headaches, clients often choose TMJ & Jaw Tension Massage – External or Headache & Migraine Support Massage. Individual experiences and results vary. Not sure? Use the contact form above or call us — Generosa and her team are passionate about helping you find the right treatment.

Yes! Gen Spa gift certificates make a wonderful gift for loved ones seeking relief, relaxation, or recovery. Contact us at 561-674-5215 to purchase a gift certificate or ask about our current offerings.
